Job summary

Fisher Phillips seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing St. Louis office. You will handle meaningful responsibilities in employment litigation and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and participate in depositions while maintaining strong client communication and case management. Missouri Bar admission is required; Illinois Bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school; Missouri Bar admission required; Illinois Bar a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and substantive motions, manage discovery, take or defend depositions.
• Provide sound legal judgment with limited supervision on matters.
• Conduct legal research and writing; communicate with clients and teams.
• Support case-management and time management to meet deadlines.
