Job summary

Fisher Phillips seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing St. Louis office. You will handle meaningful responsibilities in employment litigation and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and participate in depositions while maintaining strong client communication and case management. Missouri Bar admission is required; Illinois Bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school; Missouri Bar admission required; Illinois Bar a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Fisher Phillips is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience drafting pleadings and substantive motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions
• The ability to manage matters with limited supervision and exercise sound legal judgment
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong case-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and keep clients informed
• Excellent academic credentials
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients

Experience with wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state laws is a plus.

A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Missouri Bar are required. Admission to the Illinois Bar is a plus.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
