Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charlotte, NC seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to defend and litigate a broad range of employment-related claims and provide practical counsel on labor and employment laws. You will counsel employers on compliance, risk mitigation, and case strategy.

Represent employers in court, before agencies, and at mediations, handling matters with diligence, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 5+ years of litigation experience; employment law background preferred.
• Active NC bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations.
