Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in NH, ME, or MA (or anticipated).
• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel clients in Employment Law matters.
• Handle litigation matters for regional and national clients.
• Engage in all aspects and levels of case work with frequent client contact.
