Job summary

Rodman LLP d/b/a Rodman Employment Law is seeking a qualified associate to join its busy employment law and civil litigation practice in Needham, MA. This full-time, on-site position offers direct client contact and involvement in written and oral advocacy, as well as case strategy with partners and the team.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctorate from an ABA‑accredited law school, Massachusetts bar license, and 3–6 years of civil litigation experience.

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Massachusetts (required).
• 3–6 years of experience practicing civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Direct client contact and collaboration with partners on case strategy.
• Draft letters, pleadings, motions, and other filings; conduct legal research.
• Engage in oral advocacy in court, during mediation, and in administrative proceedings.
• Develop competency in employment law and contribute to case strategy with the team.

Education: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Licensure: License to practice law in Massachusetts.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience practicing civil litigation. Course work and/or internships may substitute for experience.
