Empowering Abilities seeks an Employment Lead to support daily Employment Services operations, guide staff, and help participants build skills for meaningful work. The role oversees Prevocational, Career Exploration, and Community Employment while strengthening participant, staff, and community employer partnerships.

The position is full-time in Davenport, IA with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour and a flexible/rotating schedule including some weekend work.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to meet employment requirements (health screening, Driving Record, TB test).

Employment Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of Employment Services, providing guidance to staff, and helping participants develop the skills needed to obtain and maintain meaningful employment. The Employment Lead oversees Prevocational, Career Exploration, and Community Employment Services while supporting participants, staff, and community employer partnerships.

Starting wage: $17.50/hr

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Must be able to work a flexible or rotating schedule between the hours of 5:30am-8pm. This position will work approximately 1 out of every 3-5 weekends.
