BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Law Partner to join its Pleasanton, CA practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising employers on employment law issues and litigation, including FEHA and Title VII defense.

Responsibilities include handling class, PAGA, wage-hour matters, and trade secret actions, while mentoring associates and presenting trainings to clients. A strong track record in complex matters and a collaborative team approach are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law litigation.
• Proven track record in handling complex employment law matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
