Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice on state and federal law matters and review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, DEI, Recruiting, Talent, HR compliance, and related concerns.
• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial.
• Monitor legislation and regulations related to employment law and provide strategic guidance.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Organize and monitor client files effectively.
