SEI is seeking an Employment and Litigation Attorney to join the Legal, Compliance, Corporate Development, and Risk department. This role is ideal for an early-career attorney to gain experience across employment counseling, compliance, and litigation.

The Attorney will provide guidance on various employment topics, assist with investigations, and support litigation matters. The position offers a hybrid working environment and a wide range of benefits including healthcare and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in employment law and litigation.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws.
• Experience advising on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to HR on employment topics.
• Support litigation management and internal investigations.
• Assist in drafting employment-related policies and agreements.
