We seek lawyers who are passionate about advocacy, dedicated to excellence, and capable of handling complex matters with empathy for clients facing serious employment issues. Our firm handles cases across multiple states, focusing on protecting individuals against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state where applying.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Depending on experience, range from pre-suit responsibilities to senior attorney duties.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences and reports.
• Attendance and preparation at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
