Willcox Savage, a full-service law firm with offices in Norfolk and Tysons, Virginia, seeks an associate attorney to join its Employment Law Section. The attorney will represent clients in employment-related matters, provide counsel on discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies, and assist with litigation, mediation, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Virginia State Bar (or eligibility).
• 2+ years of experience in employment law preferred; other litigation experience considered.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Hybrid or remote work options available; Norfolk or Tysons Corner office preferred.

Willcox Savage, a full-service law firm with offices in Norfolk and Tysons, Virginia, seeks an associate attorney to join its Employment Law Section. Willcox Savage employment attorneys defend clients in employment litigation regionally and nationally, provide proactive litigation avoidance counseling, assist with business immigration for multinational employers, and provide fair housing advice to property developers and management companies throughout the country. This position encompasses an engaging blend of litigation, consulting, and transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment-related matters, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Compensation Range: The starting salary range for this position is $142,000 - $200,000 per year.
