Willcox Savage in Norfolk, VA seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Mid to Senior Associate/Junior Partner) to join its dynamic legal team. The candidate should have a strong background in real estate law with exposure to diverse development projects.

Responsibilities include advising on complex transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and guiding clients on zoning and environmental matters. Must hold a JD, Virginia Bar license, and at least 3 years of CRE experience.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia State Bar license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and property laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Compensation Range: The starting salary range for this position is $145,000 - $200,000 per year.
