Jobot, a national, full-service business law firm with East Coast roots, seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment associate to support growth. You will split time between advisory work and employment litigation, with hybrid work potential after an initial in-office period.

Compensation ranges from $140K to $175K based on experience. You will work directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility early as part of a national footprint.

Competenze

• JD and active bar admission in PA, NJ, VA, MD, or DC (or eligibility in target market).
• About 3-5 years of labor and employment experience, ideally including both counseling and litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and communicate directly with clients.

• Counsel employers on federal and state employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, leave, and accommodation issues.

Counsel, Litigate, Grow. Mid-Level L&E Associate

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

Our client is a national, full-service business law firm with offices across the country and deep roots on the East Coast. It represents middle-market companies, closely held businesses, and entrepreneurs, and it pairs big-firm capability with a practical, client-first approach. The Firm’s Labor & Employment group handles both advisory and contested matters for employers. It’s adding a mid-level associate to support continued growth in its East Coast offices.
