Job summary

ComPsych Corporation in the United States is seeking an Employment Law Analyst to support the Absence Management team by conducting legal research and providing updated information. You will perform ADA and FMLA research, share findings with Sales, Account Services and Operations, and help adjust guidance as laws change.

The role requires strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, with occasional travel to the Chicago

• Communicate updated information to ComPsych’s Sales, Account Services and Operations teams.
• Work with Absence Management team members to adjust guidance around FMLA/ADA updated compliance.
• Review and organize current research data.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Employment Law Analyst will provide support to ComPsych’s Absence Management team through conducting research and providing updated legal information.

What You'll Do

• Conduct ADA and FMLA compliance research as well as state and municipal leave policy research
• Communicate updated information to ComPsych’s Sales, Account Services and Operations teams
• Work with Absence Management team members to adjust guidance around FMLA/ADA updated compliance

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
