Job summary

Interlink Recruitment represents a leading AM Law 100 full-service law firm seeking an Employment & Labor Relations Associate in its Chicago office. The position offers exposure to management-side counseling and complex disputes alongside experienced practitioners.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in employment matters, strong research and writing skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Employment & Labor experience required.
• Experience in management-side employment counseling and/or litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise management-side clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Handle employment litigation through all stages of the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic employment counseling to employers on workplace issues.
• Assist with wage and hour litigation, including collective and class actions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's Employment & Labor practice on sophisticated matters.
• Develop practical legal solutions tailored to clients' business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal service.
