A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its dynamic team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of employment-related matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counseling on employment law issues including hiring, separation, wage and hour compliance, EEO matters, non-compete and trade secret issues.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Support due diligence for corporate transactions and advise on employee accommodations and leave issues.
• Conduct internal investigations and manage employment litigation (single plaintiff and class/collective actions).
• Preference for candidates with traditional labor experience, including union-related matters, NLRB proceedings, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining agreements.
