Job summary

Almost Family is seeking a part-time Supported Employment Job Developer to assist adults with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on client-centered career development, employer outreach, and placement support across Hesperia and Victorville.

You will build relationships with employers, help clients identify career interests, and guide them through onboarding while coordinating with local agencies and providers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish, English) required.
• Proficiency using smartphones or tablets for real-time documentation and scheduling.
• Must have valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation, insurance if driving.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to pass background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Career discovery and assessment to identify client strengths and goals.
• Job development and placement by finding suitable openings and coordinating interviews.
• Employer outreach to build partnerships and promote inclusive hiring.
• Resume and interview preparation support for clients.
• Worksite analysis to understand duties and employer expectations.
