Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in learning work skills and receiving on-site employment supports.

Responsibilities include job coaching in local businesses, flexible hours, and ensuring safety. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and transportation are required; background checks and DMV clearance will be completed before hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps and abide by ARISE technology policy.
