This role serves as a liaison between job seekers and employers, providing career guidance, job placement services, and ongoing support to ensure successful and sustained employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Employer Outreach and Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and employers.
• Career Planning and Job Readiness: Assist with career exploration, resumes, applications, and interview prep.
