Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant employment law experience.
• Strong employment litigation and/or management-side employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in state and federal employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, and related employment claims.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Provide employment counseling and strategic advice to management clients.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $330,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
