We’re partnering with a nationally recognized law firm that is actively seeking a talented Employment Counsel to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility, challenging work, and the chance to collaborate with experienced legal professionals nationwide.

About the Role:

As Employment Counsel, you will focus on providing legal guidance on employment practices liability matters, including representing clients in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment litigation and providing counsel on employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in employment litigation matters (wage/hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, etc.)

Conduct internal investigations for corporate clients

Advise on federal, state, and local employment law compliance

Draft and revise employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies

Provide risk management guidance on employment practices

What We’re Looking For:

3–10+ years of employment law experience

Strong litigation background (defense-side preferred)

Experience with internal investigations and employment counseling

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
