Qualifications

• Experience or interest in helping individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build relationships with job seekers and employers.
• Dependable, flexible and able to manage a schedule in the community.
• High school diploma or GED with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Support individuals in finding and keeping jobs by exploring interests, building skills, and preparing for work.
• Develop relationships with local employers and match candidates to opportunities.
• Provide job coaching, training, and ongoing support in the workplace.

As an Employment Consultant, you work one-on-one with individuals to help them find and keep meaningful employment. From exploring career interests to connecting with employers and providing on-the-job support, you play a key role in helping people succeed in the workplace. This is a hands-on, community-based role for someone who enjoys coaching, problem-solving, and building relationships.
