• Coach clients through their construction job search.
• Prepare clients for employment and retention in the construction industry, maintaining a job placement rate of at least 90%.
• Teach employment readiness classes, such as resume writing, interviewing, wage negotiation, digital skills, etc.
• Teach Construction 101 classes on construction career pathways. Provide transparent insight for clients about the state of the construction industry
• Assist clients in creating resumes, writing cover letters, and searching for jobs.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions

The Employment Coach will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with employers and with our clients, to ensure that our clients are attaining high-quality employment and are prepared for long, successful careers. Revolution Workshop is in a period of growth, and we are excited to keep deepening our impact in the construction industry and in our local community.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Occasional evening and/or weekend events required and will flex hours accordingly.
