Emory Valley Center in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking an Employment Coach for a part-time, flexible schedule with meaningful, visible impact. You will help clients find and maintain employment while adapting to varying hours and responsibilities.

The role offers $16 per hour with flexible daytime and evening hours, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and retirement plan. Training provided for required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of related experience preferred.
• ETIS credential preferred.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willingness to use own vehicle to provide services.
• Travel to organizational sites required.
• CPR and First Aid training/certifications may be required or provided.

Pay, Hours, And Benefits

• Pay: $16 per hour
• Flexible hours: Scheduling can accommodate daytime, evening, and other availability

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of experience in the field or a closely related field preferred
• Enabling Technology Integration Specialist (ETIS) credential preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Training Resource Network (TRN) certification
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and a good driving record
• Willingness to use your own vehicle while providing services
• Ability to travel to organizational sites
• Ability to complete required organizational training and certifications, including CPR and First Aid
