Job summary

Sarina Russo Job Access is seeking an Employment Coach to support job seekers from St Albans or Taylors Lakes. The role involves guiding clients toward sustainable employment, developing tailored strategies, and delivering recruitment and training services with care.

You will build strong relationships with employers and community partners while ensuring contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery from our offices in St Albans or Taylors Lakes.

About the Role

We currently have a full-time opportunity available working from our St Albans or Taylors Lakes office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you’re energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building strong relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
