Sarina Russo Job Access is seeking an Employment Coach to support job seekers from St Albans or Taylors Lakes. The role involves guiding clients toward sustainable employment, developing tailored strategies, and delivering recruitment and training services with care.

You will build strong relationships with employers and community partners while ensuring contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery from our offices in St Albans or Taylors Lakes.
