• Finding competitive employment opportunities for individuals so that they may grow and meet personal and professional goals, earn a living wage, and experience all of the benefits associated with employment.
• Complete vocational evaluations and skills training in on the job settings.
• Provide initial and ongoing supports for individuals to maintain competitive employment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and funding sources
