Job summary

Howard Center in Burlington, VT is seeking a Job Coach to support clients in employment settings. You will implement goals, assist with workload during training, and communicate observations to the client team.

This 37.5-hour weekly role is non-exempt, AFSCME union, starting at $20.52 per hour. Generous time off (36 days annually for full-time), comprehensive health and vision insurance, 401(k) contributions, life and AD&D insurance, FSA, EAP, and employee referral programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support employment related goals and training strategies from the client's Individual Support Agreement
• Occasionally assist with client's workload as part of training and ensure that needed quantity of work is complete
• Communicate observations of support strategies with client team
• Provide transportation for client to their worksite
