• Conduct job development and job search activities directed toward positions that are individualized to the interests and uniqueness of the client following the principles and procedures of evidence-based supported employment.
• Provide individualized, time-unlimited follow-along supports to assist clients in maintaining employment

Description

Provide evidence-based supported employment services by assisting individuals with mental health challenges, obtain and maintain meaningful employment. Ideal candidate will have experience in the mental health field and knowledge of community resources, business organizations and agencies relevant to individuals with disabilities.

Structure:

• AFSCME Union (dues will apply)
• Non-exempt
• Starting at $21.79 an hour
• We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
• Accrue 36 days of combined time off per year for full-time employees (and increasing with years of service); pro-rated for positions 16 hours or more
