DRTC is seeking an Employment Training Specialist / Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in building job skills and independence within community and center-based settings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to work independently in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous supervision and direct support to individuals in community job sites (enclaves) and training environments.
• Train individuals on job tasks, workplace expectations, safety, and communication skills.
• Support development of vocational and life skills to promote independence.
• Deliver on-site coaching and hands-on instruction tailored to individual goals.
• Monitor work quality and ensure completion of assigned tasks and deadlines.
