Job summary

Jobtailor in San Diego, CA seeks a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment. You will provide tailored coaching, train essential workplace skills, and help clients access and retain positions.

You will maintain collaborative relationships with service providers, track progress toward goals, and handle related case files and paperwork. Some roles involve travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation software
Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems
Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
High School Diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
Ability to perform listed physical demands, including viewing computer screens, keyboarding, maneuvering around equipment, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and moving or lifting boxes up to 25 pounds
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
