Job summary

Emory Valley Center is hiring an Employment Coach. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule to accommodate daytime and evening availability, with the chance to help shape your own hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those served.

Paid at $16 per hour, the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus TRN certification readiness and the ability to travel to organizational sites. Training and certification will be provided.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $16 per hour
• Flexible hours: Scheduling can accommodate daytime, evening, and other availability
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, retirement plan, and more
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of experience in the field or a closely related field preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Training Resource Network (TRN) certification
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and a good driving record
• Willingness to use your own vehicle while providing services
• Ability to travel to organizational sites
• Ability to complete required organizational training and certifications, including CPR and First Aid

Required training and certifications will be provided by the organization.
