Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• CA residency and CA Bar License
• 2+ years of class action litigation experience
• Employment law background; plaintiff's side experience is a plus
• PAGA wage and hour experience
• Experience with discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation is a bonus
