Qualifications

• 2+ years of class action litigation experience required.
• Experience in employment law, especially on the plaintiff's side, is a plus.
• California residency and CA Bar License are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle class action cases and litigation related to employment law.
• Provide legal counsel on discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation cases.
• Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to build strong cases.

Job Details

As a Litigation Associate / Class Action Employment Law Attorney on our team, we are looking for

• CA residency
• CA Bar License
• 2+ years of class action litigation experience
• Employment law background (plaintiff's side experience would be a plus)
• PAGA wage and hour experience
• Discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation experience would be a bonus
