Job summary

Confidential Employer in San Diego, CA seeks an attorney to manage California employment litigation from intake through resolution. You will handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials while drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.

You will provide practical legal advice to clients, collaborate with senior attorneys on complex strategies, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license is required.
• 2+ years of California employment law experience.
• Prior employment litigation experience is required.
• Experience representing plaintiffs, employers, or in-house clients with litigation responsibilities.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Pay:

$175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
