Silverspace Inc. in California is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour/PAGA) to join a high-performing team handling sophisticated wage and hour matters across the state.

The role focuses on complex, high-exposure wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts. You will manage matters from inception through resolution, draft and file pleadings, handle discovery and depositions, and develop litigation strategies for representative

Qualifications

• Significant experience litigating California wage & hour matters.
• Strong knowledge of Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
• Experience managing complex litigation independently.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and hour/PAGA matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification.
• Develop litigation strategy for representative actions.
• Analyze exemption classifications, regular rate calculations, meal/rest period compliance, and pay statement claims.

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour/PAGA) to join a high-performing employment litigation team handling sophisticated wage and hour matters across California.

This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys with strong litigation experience who are looking to work on complex, high-exposure wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage wage and hour/PAGA matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification
• Develop litigation strategy for representative actions
• Analyze compliance issues involving:
• Exemption classifications
• Regular rate calculations
• Meal and rest period compliance
• Pay statement claims

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of:

• Experience managing complex litigation matters independently
