Responsibilities include drafting policies, handling disability accommodations and protected leaves, and negotiating employment contracts. Collaboration with senior attorneys on counseling, litigation, and investigations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Interest in employment law, especially in advice and counseling.
• Strong judgment and interest in building long-term client relationships.
• Outstanding academic achievement and strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior work experience in a related field is preferred for candidates in their first years of practice.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on day-to-day employee relations and compliance matters.
• Draft workplace policies and employee handbooks.
• Assist clients with disability accommodations and protected leave issues.
• Manage transactional aspects of employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on employment counseling, litigation, and workplace investigations.
