Job summary

Fello is seeking an Employment Advisor in Maryland to provide job coaching, retention supports, and PCP-based services for people with disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver wraparound supports and tailor job development and search activities to each person’s strengths.

The role involves both virtual and in-person coaching, potential transportation support, and completing required Fello and DDA trainings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in workforce development programs are a plus.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license with no significant traffic violations is required.
• Candidates must complete all required Fello and DDA trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching, retention services, and wraparound supports to help people with disabilities retain employment.
• Deliver job development and job search activities tailored to each person’s interests and strengths.
• Offer individualized follow-along supports and both virtual and in-person coaching.
• Coordinate transportation to and from work when needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement Person-Centered Plans (PCP).
