Job summary

Humanim in Maryland seeks an Employment Consultant to boost Employment Services by building relationships with referral sources, promoting services, and expanding brand awareness.

Reporting to the Manager of Employment Services, you will inform clients about programs, coordinate with the clinical team, and help place clients in community employment while ensuring documentation and billing is maintained.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CESP certification or acquired within one year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with recruiting, sales, or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Boost Employment Services programs in Maryland by promoting services.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and raise brand awareness.
• Provide educational information about programs and assist clients to obtain employment.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and handle billing and documentation.
