This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes data-driven strategies and strong customer service. The position reports to the Business Services Manager and requires collaboration with program staff to support job seekers and employers in local labor markets.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in recruiting, social work, case management, or workforce development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with businesses.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Assist employers with WorkinTexas.com registrations and job postings.
• Plan and execute recruiting and hiring events for employers across industries.
