Qualifications

• Program Specialist III: 1.5 years of full-time experience in developing, implementing, or interpreting policies in a public or private agency.
• Program Specialist IV: 2 years of full-time experience in developing, implementing, or interpreting policies in a public or private agency.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultative services and technical assistance with general to limited supervision.
• Engage and coordinate with a diverse audience of new and long‑time partners to address workforce needs.
• Meet, educate, coordinate, present, research, and provide technical assistance to employers, colleges, non‑profits and stakeholders.
