Job summary

BAKERRIPLEY, as part of Workforce Solutions, is seeking a Business Service Representative to support employers across the Gulf Coast region. You will review and process employer job orders in the WorkInTexas system and provide essential support to Business Consultants.

The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate data-entry, and effective communication as you handle multiple assignments and deadlines to meet performance expectations. Training provided and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process employers’ job orders in the WorkInTexas (WIT) system.
• Assist employers with WIT account creation, access and password resets.
• Respond to employer voicemail messages and inquiries within established timeframes.
• Compile and report daily performance and productivity data to management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to ensure services are delivered and expectations met.
