Job summary

State of Vermont is seeking an Employer Account Representative to build and maintain relationships with employers and service agencies, promoting opportunities for HireAbility Vermont candidates. The role requires outreach, relationship development, and effective use of CRM tools to track activities.

The position focuses on Brattleboro and Springfield offices, with responsibilities including labor market analysis, workshop development, and coordinating with the HireAbility Workforce Partners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND at least one (1) year of experience in sales and/or business relations which includes selling or promoting products to the business community.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, public administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with employers.
• Facilitation of the local HireAbility Workforce Partners Team.
• Development of workshops and presentations for employers and job candidates.
• Labor market analysis.
• Maintenance of Salesforce CRM system to track outreach activities.
