North Carolina State University is seeking an Employer Relations Coordinator in the Career Development Center in Raleigh, NC. This external-facing role advances employer engagement, builds partnerships, and connects students and alumni with career opportunities across sectors.
You will report to the Director of Employer Relations and help grow talent pipelines, coordinate campus recruiting activities, and support internship and coop programs.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $52,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; evenings and occasional schedule adjustments as needed to accommodate needs of the Career Development Center

The Employer Relations Coordinator is an external-facing position responsible for advancing employer engagement initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and connecting students and alumni with career opportunities across corporate, nonprofit, and public sector organizations. This includes a broad spectrum of opportunities, including full-time employment, cooperative education placements, and internships for current NC State students and alumni. Reporting to the Director of Employer Relations, the Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering connections between employers and the university community, enhancing talent pipelines, and supporting student career success.
