Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with US job search process and coaching clients through employment.
• Familiarity with local job market and ability to travel regularly within service area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage local employers to increase employment opportunities for clients.
• Develop employer outreach strategies and maintain employer relationships.
• Coordinate paid work experiences and monitor client progress post-placement.
• Communicate hiring needs and provide employment preparation and placement support.
• Travel up to 10% of time as required.
