Job summary

Alegeus is hiring an Employer Services Analyst to support onboarding, plan configuration, and renewals, educating clients on the value of our products through strong project management practices.

You will onboard employer groups, enroll employees, resolve escalations within 3–5 days, and ensure data integrity across systems while working in a 25% hybrid model in Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 1+ years’ experience with employer groups and health insurance products.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to the platform, configure plans, and manage renewals with a high success rate.
• Enroll employees via EDI or manual processes and handle eligibility updates.
• Provide responsive service by analyzing and resolving client, plan, and customer escalations within 3–5 days.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to best practices and documentation.
• Maintain high data integrity by accurate input of employer and participant information across systems.
• Monitor trends and ensure clients leverage best practice solutions for optimal platform use.
