Work hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm with an annual salary of $38,000. The position supports NEINW’s mission to connect employers with skilled workers through WorkOne Northeast initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years professional business development or business account management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite tools and possess internet navigation skills.
• Knowledge of business development techniques and workforce issues.
• Ability to compile, analyze and evaluate data and present findings.
• Strong time management and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote the NEINW and WorkOne Northeast services to employers through presentations to groups and local officials.
• Provide labor market information and WorkOne services to employers in the region.
• Develop and plan customized hiring events for employers seeking candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies using WorkOne services and coordinate follow-up.
