Weber State University Career Services is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Employer Engagement Manager to advance employer partnerships and elevate student career readiness at scale. This position, partially funded by the JLD grant, will shape employer outreach strategies, lead the JLD program with Career Services leadership, mentor staff, and collaborate with career stakeholders across campus. The manager will strengthen employer partnerships, enhance student readiness, and align engagement with broader institutional and grant objectives. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and acts as a liaison between the university, employers, and workforce partners to create meaningful career pathways for students.

The annual salary for this position starts at $50,000 and may increase based on qualifications.
