About the Role:

PriceLabs is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating engaging content.

This is for individuals who reside in India.


Responsibilities:

  1. Content to showcase culture, team experiences work environment via blogs or videos.
  2. Work with the social media team to distribute the content.
  3. Monitor Glassdoor and similar sites to build and sustain a presence.
  4. Work between Recruitment and the social media team to produce hiring-related stories.
  5. Encourage the team to share their stories/journeys and document them.
  6. Conduct CSAT surveys for candidates interviewed.
  7. Apply for relevant awards that elevate the PriceLabs brand as an employer.
  8. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
  9. Review/research relevant places to pitch founders/team members for interviews to elevate the employer and team brand.

About You:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  3. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  6. Passion for employer branding and a keen interest in understanding company culture and values.
