Hitachi Energy seeks an Employer Brand Specialist to lead university relations across North America, driving campus engagement and early career hiring in the Raleigh area. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to strengthen our employer brand and attract talent through authentic employee storytelling.

You'll craft social content, build external partnerships, and manage projects from concept to impact, while traveling within the United States and Canada to support

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in employer branding, campus recruiting, marketing, or social media.
• Experience creating digital content for social media platforms.
• Basic photo and video capture/editing skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead university relations activities across the United States and Canada.
• Develop campus engagement strategies and annual event plans.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and campus events.
• Build relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support intern and early career hiring.
• Track and report results from university recruiting activities.
• Create social media content that highlights employee experiences.
• Capture photo and video content for employer brand campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and measure audience engagement.
